Ingredients:
• 250 g – Maida
• 2 tsps – Salt
• 1 tbsp – Til
• 200 g- Oil to fry
Method:
- Take maida in a dry vessel, add salt and cook without water for about 20 minutes.
- After the maida cools, add the required quantity of water and make a paste.
- Then take muruku gottam (murukku press) and pipe the dough into the oil.
- Fry well and take them out when brown.
