Ingredients:

• 250 g – Maida
• 2 tsps – Salt
• 1 tbsp – Til
• 200 g- Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Take maida in a dry vessel, add salt and cook without water for about 20 minutes.
  2. After the maida cools, add the required quantity of water and make a paste.
  3. Then take muruku gottam (murukku press) and pipe the dough into the oil.
  4. Fry well and take them out when brown.
