Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rawa
• 3 tbsp -ghee
• 1/2 cup -cashew nuts, chopped
• a few- Curry leaves
• 1/2 tsp -soda bicarb
• salt
• 2 tbsp- coriander leaves, chopped
• 1/2 cup- grated Coconut
• 1 cup -curd, beaten
• 1/2 cup -boiled Corn
• 1/2 cup -capsicum, chopped
• oil

Method:

  1. Add the ghee and cashew nuts into a casserole and saute in a microwave on high for 3 mins.
  2. Add the green chillies and curry leaves and microwave on high for one minute.
  3. Add the rawa and mix well.
  4. Sautee on high for one minute.
  5. Let it stand for 5 mins.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow the mixture to cool.
  7. Mix in the soda bicarb and salt.
  8. When you are ready to make idlis, add coriander leaves, coconut, curd and water.
  9. Mix well and set aside for 8 to 10 mins to soak.
  10. Add 2 tbsp of the mixture into a small greased glass bowl or a white plastic bowl.
  11. Sprinkle corn and capsicum pieces.
  12. Microwave on high for 1 min.
  13. Let it stand for 2 mins.
  14. Invert the bowl on the plate to remove the idli.
  15. One idli takes one minute to cook.
