Ingredients:

• 6 papads
• 6 tbsp. onions, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp. finely chopped coriander
• ½ tsp. amchur powder or Lemon juice
• ½ tsp. chilli powder
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Fry papads in hot oil.
  2. Mix onions, corainder, lemon juice and chilli powder.
  3. Just before serving, spread a little of this mixture on each papad.
