
Ingredients:
• 3 – Big Tomatoes
• 1 – Onion (Chopped finely)
• 1/2 cup – Carrot (Peeled and grated)
• 1/4 cup – Coriander (Finely chopped)
• 1 tbsp – Tamarind chutney
• 1 tsp – Green (Coriander) chutney
• Cumin seeds (jeera) – Freshly powdered
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup – Puffed Rice (Cleaned)
Method:
- Slice tomatoes into thick slices. Arrange on the plate side by side. Dot each slice with both the chutneys.
- Sprinkle salt and jeera powder.
- Sprinkle grated carrot and then onion on all slices.
- Sprinkle puffed rice on top.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
- Serve immediately.
