Ingredients:

• 3 – Big Tomatoes
• 1 – Onion (Chopped finely)
• 1/2 cup – Carrot (Peeled and grated)
• 1/4 cup – Coriander (Finely chopped)
• 1 tbsp – Tamarind chutney
• 1 tsp – Green (Coriander) chutney
• Cumin seeds (jeera) – Freshly powdered
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup – Puffed Rice (Cleaned)

Method:

  1. Slice tomatoes into thick slices. Arrange on the plate side by side. Dot each slice with both the chutneys.
  2. Sprinkle salt and jeera powder.
  3. Sprinkle grated carrot and then onion on all slices.
  4. Sprinkle puffed rice on top.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander.
  6. Serve immediately.
