Ingredients:
• Potatoes – 400 g
• Onions – 2
• Garam Masala – 2 tsp
• Red Chilli powder 2 tsp
• Oil – 3 tbsp
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the whole, boiled potato into small cubes and keep inside.
- In a flat pan, pour about 1 tbsp oil and add the sliced onions. Saute till the onions are light brown in colour.
- Now add the garam masala, red chilli powders, salt. Stir well and keep aside.
- In the same pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and add 1 tsp of jeera.
- To this, add the potato cubes and fry them till they are light brown and slightly crisp.
- Add back the fried onion masala to the potato and stir fry for a minute.
- Serve hot.
