Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – marrow bones (beef or mutton)
• 4- 6 cups – water
• Salt
• Pepper
• 2- Carrots
• 6- 8- string beans
• 1- medium size Onion
• 1 -large Tomato chopped
Method:
- Wash and cut the carrots, beans, onion, tomato and any other vegetables of your choice into suitable sizes.
- Place the bones and vegetables in a large vessel or pot.
- Add sufficient water, salt and pepper and simmer on low heat for a least one hour or till the soup is quite thick and gives out a nice aroma.
- Serve hot.
