Ingredients:
• 1 – Mango (raw)
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt (according to taste)
• 4-5 – Meethi seeds
• 4 – Jaggery
• Few Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – Oil
• Water for cooking
Method:
- Remove skin from the mango.
- Cut mango into small long pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- When oil is heated, add mustard seeds, meethi seeds, mango pieces, chilli powder, jaggery, and salt.
- Add water and let it cook.
- You can eat meth ambaa with roti.
