Ingredients:

• 1 – Mango (raw)
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt (according to taste)
• 4-5 – Meethi seeds
• 4 – Jaggery
• Few Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – Oil
• Water for cooking

Method:

  1. Remove skin from the mango.
  2. Cut mango into small long pieces.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. When oil is heated, add mustard seeds, meethi seeds, mango pieces, chilli powder, jaggery, and salt.
  5. Add water and let it cook.
  6. You can eat meth ambaa with roti.
