Ingredients:

• 1 bunch – Fresh Methi
• 1.5 cups – Fresh Aata/wheat flour
• 2 tsp – Dhania powder
• 1.5 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – Jeera (Cumin seeds)
• 1 pinch – Hing (Asafoetida)
• Curd or Buttermilk

Method:

  1. Cut methi leaves finely and wash it thoroughly.
  2. Mix rest of the ingredients (all masalas and aata).
  3. Knead the dough with buttermilk or yogurt mixed with little water as usual for any roti.
  4. Keep it aside for 10 mins.
  5. Roll it into small balls.
  6. Prepare rotis of circular dimension and put on a hot pan applying oil on both sides.
