Ingredients:
• 1 bunch – Fresh Methi
• 1.5 cups – Fresh Aata/wheat flour
• 2 tsp – Dhania powder
• 1.5 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – Jeera (Cumin seeds)
• 1 pinch – Hing (Asafoetida)
• Curd or Buttermilk
Method:
- Cut methi leaves finely and wash it thoroughly.
- Mix rest of the ingredients (all masalas and aata).
- Knead the dough with buttermilk or yogurt mixed with little water as usual for any roti.
- Keep it aside for 10 mins.
- Roll it into small balls.
- Prepare rotis of circular dimension and put on a hot pan applying oil on both sides.
