Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Extra firm tofu, cut into cubes
• 1tsp – Paprika powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Pepper powder
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp – Fennel seed powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 2 tbsp – Olive oil
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Mix the paprika powder, red chilli powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, fennel seed powder, olive oil and salt in a bowl into a paste.
  2. Now add the tofu pieces to the spices and toss gently with the spice mixture.
  3. Let it sit for half an hour.
  4. Arrange in a single layer in a microwave safe plate and cook for 15 minutes on high until the tofu pieces turn crisp.
  5. Serve hot with sauce.
