Ingredients:

• 2 cups – millet flour
• 1/2 cup – Rice flour
• 3/4 cup – Onion
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• A handful – coriander
• Salt as required.

Method:

  1. Mix together millet flour and rice flour with water to make a thin batter.
  2. Add the chopped onions, green chillies, cumin seeds, coriander to the batter and mix well. Add salt to taste. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter on it and spread on the pan.
  3. Pour some oil around the dosa and leave it for some time.
  4. Then flip it over, add a little oil and cook.
  5. Transfer the dosa into a serving plate. Serve.
