
Ingredients:
• 6 eggs
• 4 1/2 cups – Milk
• 3 cups – chocolate cake crumbs
• 1/4 cup – Cashewnuts chopped
• 1/4 cup – Walnuts
• 1/4 cup – multicolored tutti fruitti or Raisins
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – rum or cherry brandy
• 1.5 heaped tsp – cocoa power
• 3/4 tsp – instant coffee powder
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence.
Method:
- Beat the eggs till they are just mixed. Add the milk slowly and beat well again. Fold all the other ingredients.
- Pour into a greased mould, cover with foil and steam in a pressure cooker without the weight for 15 mins.
- Unmould and serve hot or cold with generous spoonful of chocolate sauce.
- Note:
- For variation, use chocolate cream biscuit crumbs instead of cake crumbs.
