
Ingredients:
• 1 medium sized cup – black til
• 1 medium sized cup – Urad Dal
• 2 medium sized cups – Red Chillies
• 1.5 medium sized cup – Channa dal
• 1 tsp – Hing
• salt to taste
Method:
- Dry roast black til and keep aside.
- Roast urad daal, red chillies and chana daal separately in oil.
- Cool completely.
- In a mixer, add the black til, chana dal, urad dal and red chillies.
- Add some salt to taste.
- Grind the above to a fine powder.
- Add hing, mix well.
- Serve with a teaspoon of ghee.
