Ingredients:
• 3 glasses – Rice flour
• 1 glass – moong dal
• 1 tbsp – sesame seeds
• salt
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Butter
• oil for frying
Method:
- First boil moong dal till it becomes soft.
- Mix rice powder, boiled moong dal, butter, salt, chilli powder, sesame seeds and some water and mix it.
- Use a muruku machine to pipe out the murrukus.
- Fry two or three together in oil till they turn brown.
