
Ingredients:
• 500 g – Maida
• 500 g – Sugar
• 500 g – Dalda or Ghee
• 1.5 tsp – baking powder
• 1 pinch – Salt
• Elaichi powder – to taste
Method:
- Mix sugar and ghee, then add maida, elaichi powder, baking powder and salt and mix it well.
- Make small balls and press by hand.
- Microwave balls for 20 minutes on high.
