
Ingredients:
• 2 – golden apples
• 1 – pastry sheet
• 1 cup – low fat Cream
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 2 – eggs
• 1 tsp – vanilla extract
Method:
- Place the pastry sheet in a tart mould and pick it with a fork to make small dots.
- Slice the apples into thin pieces and arrange it over the pastry sheet.
- Whisk together cream, eggs and sugar with vanilla extract.
- Preheat the oven to 350F, pour this cream mixture over the arranged apple slices, sprinkle 1 tsp of sugar over the apple slices (to caramelise the apples while baking), bake the tart in the middle rack of the oven for 30 minutes.
- Let it cool, cut the tart into small triangles.
