Ingredients:
• 2 – onions,
• 8 – Green chillies
• Coconut – 1/2 cup
• 3 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Tamarind – 1 Lemon size
• Oil
• For seasoning:
• Urad Dal – 1/2 tsp
• Mustard – 1/2 tsp
• Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
• Oil – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions till they turn light brown.
- To this, add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, salt, green chillies and fry for 3 mins.
- Then add scraped coconut, tamarind and grind all the ingredients in a mixie.
- Season it with urad dal, mustard and cumin seeds.
