Ingredients:
• 1/2 tin – condensed Milk
• 1 cup – Maida
• 4 tbsp – rice, soaked
• 1 pinch – soda bicarbonate
• 1.5 cups – fresh coconut, grated
• Ghee – 1 tsp
• Nuts and Raisins chopped
• Water to make a thin batter
Method:
- Mix the condensed milk, coconut, nuts and raisins evenly. Blend maida, rice flour, soda and water to make a smooth batter.
- In a frying pan, heat 1 tsp ghee.
- Add 2 tbsp of batter and swirl the pan around to coat evenly.
- When the batter turns creamy brown, place a little coconut and condensed milk filling at one end. Roll over to the other end.
- Remove and serve.
