Ingredients:

• 1 cup – finely chopped Palak
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Onions
• 3/4 cup – Gram flour
• 1/4 cup – Wheat flour
• Curd (little)
• Water
• Salt to taste
• 3 – Green chilli
• Curry leaves
• Oil

Method:

  1. Add finely chopped palak, chopped onions, gram flour, wheat flour, green chillies, curd, salt and water in a bowl. Add curry leaves to the above dough. After mixing it should be a loose dough (almost similar to dosa dough).
  2. Take a tawa/ non-stick and pour some oil. Let the tawa heat.
  3. Now spread the dough as you do for dosas/uthappams.
  4. Cook both the sides of the omelette and your palak omelette is ready to serve.
  5. You can have this with sauce and chutneys.
