Ingredients:

• 1/4 kg – Paneer
• 1 packet – frozen Spinach
• 1 bunch – fresh Palak
• 1 – Onion
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1/4 piece – Ginger
• 2 pod – Garlic
• 2 tbsp – oil
• little Turmeric
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• pinch – Jeera
• 1 – large Tomato

Method:

  1. Cut paneer into cubes and grill them in the oven or fry them in oil. Keep aside.
  2. Wash and clean spinach if fresh. Puree them in a blender.
  3. Fry oil in a wok or kadai. Add the jeera, then add cut onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Fry these.
  4. Add cut tomatoes and saute well. Add the coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
  5. Add the puree palak. Keep on sauteing them till you see oil come out of the mixture.
  6. Add the paneer pieces and garam masala.
  7. Serve this with rotis or bread.
