
Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – Paneer
• 1 packet – frozen Spinach
• 1 bunch – fresh Palak
• 1 – Onion
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1/4 piece – Ginger
• 2 pod – Garlic
• 2 tbsp – oil
• little Turmeric
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• pinch – Jeera
• 1 – large Tomato
Method:
- Cut paneer into cubes and grill them in the oven or fry them in oil. Keep aside.
- Wash and clean spinach if fresh. Puree them in a blender.
- Fry oil in a wok or kadai. Add the jeera, then add cut onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Fry these.
- Add cut tomatoes and saute well. Add the coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add the puree palak. Keep on sauteing them till you see oil come out of the mixture.
- Add the paneer pieces and garam masala.
- Serve this with rotis or bread.
