
Ingredients:
• 85 g – Sugar.
• 1/2 tsp – Vanilla essence.
• 85 g – Peanuts.
• 2 – Egg whites.
• A pinch – Salt.
Method:
- Toast peanuts in oven for a few minutes.
- Skin, chop and sprinkle with salt.
- Beat eggs to a stiff froth, add essence and sugar gradually and continue beating.
- Fold in the nuts.
- Arrange tspfuls of the mixture apart on a greased and floured tray.
- Bake in a slow oven at 150 degrees C (about 300 degrees F) till firm and light brown in colour.
