Ingredients:
• 1 cup – green peas, boiled and mashed.
• 1 tsp – Mint leaves, finely chopped.
• 50 g – potatoes, boiled.
• 1 slice – bread, fried and cut into cubes.
• 1/2 tsp – black pepper powder.
• 3 Cloves – garlic.
• 1 – onion.
• 1 tbsp – cream.
• 1/2 tsp – finely cut green chillies.
• salt to taste.
Method:
- Blend potatoes and green chillies.
- Heat oil and fry onion and garlic.
- Add 3 cups water, mashed green peas, potatoes, mint leaves, black pepper, green chillies and salt and simmer it on a low heat.
- Cool the mixture and strain it in a strainer.
- Heat the soup once more, garnish with cream and fried bread cubes.
