Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – red gram dal
• 20 – Red Chillies
• 50 g -pepper
• 50 g – Cumin seeds
• 5 tbsp – Fenugreek seeds
• 5 tbsp – Coriander seeds

Method:

  1. Fry each of the ingredients separately in a pan/kadai after heating a tsp of oil. Allow it to cool.
  2. Grind them in a mixie. Rasam powder is ready.
