Ingredients:

• 1 cup – finely chopped mushroom.
• 1 cup – finely chopped onions.
• 2 – crushed Garlic pods.
• 2 tsp – white pepper.
• Salt to taste.
• oil to fry.

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a kadai.
  2. Add the finely chopped onions and saute for 2 mins.
  3. Add the garlic pods, mushroom, pepper and salt and cook for another 2 mins.
  4. Serve hot.
