Ingredients:

• 3- inch Cantaloupe, cut lengthwise
• Thin Poha – 1 cup
• Powdered Jaggery – 1/2 cup
• (Brown Sugar can be used in place of Jaggery)
• Salt – 1 pinch
• Cardamom – 2 pods.

Method:

  1. Cut cantaloupe into 1-inch cubes in a large bowl.
  2. Add poha into the bowl and mash the cantaloupe with your hand until the cantaloupe is completely mashed and the poha is soaked.
  3. Now add the jaggery and powdered cardamom. Mix well.
