
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Poha
• 1/2 cup – moong dal
• 1 cup – Palak
• 3 – Green chillies
• 2 tbsp – Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak moong dal for 1 hour, drain and grind it to a coarse paste.
- If its thick poha soak for 10 mins.
- In a bowl add ground paste of moong dal, poha, green chillies, palak, coriander, sugar, lemon juice, salt.
- Mix all the ingredients well, do not add water.
- The moisture in moong dal, and poha is good enough for mixing.
- Heat oil in a kadai, make small balls out of the mixture, flatten the balls, and fry the vadas in oil. Serve.
