Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Poha
• 1/2 cup – moong dal
• 1 cup – Palak
• 3 – Green chillies
• 2 tbsp – Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak moong dal for 1 hour, drain and grind it to a coarse paste.
  2. If its thick poha soak for 10 mins.
  3. In a bowl add ground paste of moong dal, poha, green chillies, palak, coriander, sugar, lemon juice, salt.
  4. Mix all the ingredients well, do not add water.
  5. The moisture in moong dal, and poha is good enough for mixing.
  6. Heat oil in a kadai, make small balls out of the mixture, flatten the balls, and fry the vadas in oil. Serve.
