
Ingredients:
• 4 – Potatoes boiled and mashed well.
• 1 tsp – Chopped mint.
• 1 tsp – pepper powder.
• Salt to taste.
• 4 tbsp – oil.
• 4 tbsp – Bread crumbs.
• 2 tbsp – Flour (maida).
Method:
- Mix the mashed potatoes with the salt, chopped mint, pepper powder and flour.
- Form into oval shapes and flatten with a knife.
- Heat oil in a flat pan.
- Then mix the flour with a little water to make a slightly thin paste.
- Dip each potato chop in the flour paste, roll in the breadcrumbs then shallow fry on both sides until brown.
- Drain and serve as a side dish.
