Ingredients:

• Poha-1 cup
• Boiled and cubed Potato-1
• Cumin-1/2 tsp
• Roasted Peanuts-1/4 cup
• Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
• Green Chilli-1
• Lemon Juice-1 tsp
• Grated Coconut-2 tsp
• Salt-to taste
• Oil-1 tsp
• Coriander leaves-a few

Method:

  1. Soak poha for 10 minutes in water. Drain and set it aside.
  2. In a pan, add cumin and chopped green chillies. Then, add roasted peanuts and turmeric powder.
  3. To this, add poha and boiled potato. Also add grated coconut and mix well.
  4. Finally, add few drops of lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
