
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – prawns.
• 1 tbsp – lime.
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder.
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder.
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste.
• 1 sprig – curry leaves.
• 2 tbsp – coriander leaves.
• 1 tsp – coriander pwd.
• salt to taste.
• 5 ml – rum.
• 1 tbsp – oil.
Method:
- Clean prawns and roughly cut the curry leaves with hand.
- Chop coriander leaves.
- Marinade the prawns with red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, coriander powder, curry leaves, coriander leaves and lime juice for 15 minutes.
- In tawa take some oil and add the marinated prawns.
- Saute till the prawn are cooked.
- When the prawns are completely cooked, turn off gas.
- Add rum and hold a lit match over it so that the prawns catch the fire.
- Serve with a drink.
