Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – prawns.
• 1 tbsp – lime.
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder.
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder.
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste.
• 1 sprig – curry leaves.
• 2 tbsp – coriander leaves.
• 1 tsp – coriander pwd.
• salt to taste.
• 5 ml – rum.
• 1 tbsp – oil.

Method:

  1. Clean prawns and roughly cut the curry leaves with hand.
  2. Chop coriander leaves.
  3. Marinade the prawns with red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, coriander powder, curry leaves, coriander leaves and lime juice for 15 minutes.
  4. In tawa take some oil and add the marinated prawns.
  5. Saute till the prawn are cooked.
  6. When the prawns are completely cooked, turn off gas.
  7. Add rum and hold a lit match over it so that the prawns catch the fire.
  8. Serve with a drink.
