Ingredients:

• Bread- 4 slices
• Ghee – 1 tbsp
• Sugar- 3/4 cup
• Water- 2 tbsp
• Chopped nuts for garnish

Method:

  1. Pour the sugar in a pan and add 2 tbsp of water on a low flame.
  2. Stir until a syrup is formed.
  3. Cut the bread slices into small pieces and fry it with ghee.
  4. Add the fried bread to the sugar syrup.
  5. Let it soak for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped nuts.
