Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Pumpkin, peeled and chopped into medium sized pieces
• 2 – Red Chillies broken into small pieces
• 6-8 – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Chilly powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – Oil.

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the curry leaves, cumin seeds and red chillies for a minute.
  2. Then add the pumpkin, chilly powder and salt and mix well.
  3. Cover and cook on medium heat until the pumpkin is tender.
  4. Serve with rice.
