Ingredients:

• 1 Cabbage
• 10 gm Cumin seeds
• 10 gm dhaniya
• 10 gm Coconut
• 3 Garlic pieces (optional)
• 1 cup peas (optional)
• salt to taste
• 1 tbsp chilli powder

Method:

  1. Boil cabbage and peas with some salt. Drain the excess water.
  2. Grind dhaniya, cumin seeds and coconut by adding a little water.
  3. Heat the kadai. Mix cabbage and the paste and bring to a boil.
  4. If you are using garlic, fry it in some oil and then mix it.
  5. Finally, add salt and chilli powder.
  6. Keep it for 3 minutes and remove.
  7. Serve hot with roti or rice.
