Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 6 Cloves – garlic, finely chopped
• 1 – 2 tsp – soy sauce
• 1 – capsicum, cut into small cubes
• 5 – sausages, cut into 1/8-inch roundels
• 2 cups – cooked and cooled Rice
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
Method:
- Cut sausage into thin slices and keep it aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan.
- Reduce heat to medium, add sliced sausages and shallow fry it till they are soft and light brown in color.
- In another pan, heat remaining 1 tbsp of oil.
- Add chopped onions and fry till they are pink in color and fragrant.
- Add chopped garlic to it and fry for 3 – 4 minutes.
- Add capsicum pieces and fry it for 3 minutes.
- Add shallow fried sausages and stir it well.
- Add cooked and cooled rice, soy sauce and salt to it. Mix it well.
- Do not cover it with lid. Stir it continuously and fry for 5 minutes on low heat until the rice and sausages are well mixed with all the ingredients.
- Sprinkle pepper powder and serve it with any gravy dishes of your choice.
