Ingredients:

• Milk – 1 cup
• Gram flour – 1 cup
• Ghee – 1 cup
• Grated Coconut – 1 cup
• Sugar – 3 cups

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients evenly in a kadai. Place it over the fire.
  2. When the mixture becomes frothy remove it from fire.
  3. Pour over a greased tray. Pat it well for even distribution.
  4. Cut into pieces when it is still warm.
  5. To make the sweet tasty use pure ghee.
  6. Add 2 drops of vennila and rose essence for variation.
