Ingredients:

• 2 cups – finely sliced, Capsicum
• 1 cup – finely sliced, Onion
• 1 cup – finely chopped, Tomato
• 1 tsp – finely chopped, Garlic
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt – to taste
• Oil – 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a kadai and saute the onions and garlic.
  2. Add the tomato and capsicum.
  3. Now add a little water and the chilli powder and cook for 10 mins
  4. Serve hot with chapathis and dosas.
