
Ingredients:
• Raw Rice – 3 cups
• Urad Dal – 1 cup
• Methi seeds -1/4 cup
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Soak the rice, dal and methi seed overnight. Grind the rice, dal and the methi seeds together in the mixer till a smooth batter is formed. Add salt and mix well.
- This dosa need not be fermented like the normal dosa. Do not add much water. Make the dosas.
- This dosa will be very soft at the same time crisp with a very different taste.
