Ingredients:

• 1 cup – sitaphal pulp
• 1 packet – china grass
• 1 cup – boiling water
• 500 g – Cream cheese
• 1 cup – fresh Cream
• 3/4 cup – Sugar ground or castor Sugar

Method:

  1. Blend sitaphal pulp with china grass and boiling water.
  2. Cool and refrigerate till set.
  3. Meanwhile, blend cream cheese with cream and sugar.
  4. Cut the chilled stiaphal mix into squares, top with cream mix and serve.
