
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – sitaphal pulp
• 1 packet – china grass
• 1 cup – boiling water
• 500 g – Cream cheese
• 1 cup – fresh Cream
• 3/4 cup – Sugar ground or castor Sugar
Method:
- Blend sitaphal pulp with china grass and boiling water.
- Cool and refrigerate till set.
- Meanwhile, blend cream cheese with cream and sugar.
- Cut the chilled stiaphal mix into squares, top with cream mix and serve.
