Ingredients:
• 2.5 cups – Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – besan
• salt to taste
• 1 cup – Spinach pureed
• 1 tbsp – sesame seeds
• Green chillies – 4
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp – chat masala
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• oil for frying
Method:
- Sieve the flour and besan
- Add salt, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, 1 tbsp oil, chat masala, garam masala and pureed spinach.
- Add warm water and make a stiff dough.
- Roll parathas and shallow-fry them until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve.
