Ingredients:

• 250 g – Soya bean
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1 – tomato, sliced
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1/4 tbsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Heat oil and add chopped onions. Fry till it becomes tender.
  2. Add tomatoes and turmeric powder. Fry for 2 mins.
  3. Fry soya bean. Add salt, sliced green chillies and fry for 3-5 mins.
  4. Add a little water to make a thick curry.
  5. Cook for 5-7 mins. Serve with rice.
