
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken
• 2 bunch- Onion leeks, chopped
• 4 flakes- Garlic, chopped
• 3 – Chillies, red dry
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• 4-5 -pepper Corns
• 2 tsp – Honey
• 2 tbsp – Soya Sauce
• salt to taste.
Method:
- Wash and cut the chicken into small pieces, and keep aside.
- Then chop the onion leeks and garlic into fine pieces.
- Now break the red chillies into pieces and deseed them.
- Now heal oil in a kadai, saute the red chillies and the garlic .
- Add the chicken, the soya sauce, the pepper corns and fry until everything mixes well and the chicken is tender.
- Serve hot.
