Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken
• 2 bunch- Onion leeks, chopped
• 4 flakes- Garlic, chopped
• 3 – Chillies, red dry
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• 4-5 -pepper Corns
• 2 tsp – Honey
• 2 tbsp – Soya Sauce
• salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Wash and cut the chicken into small pieces, and keep aside.
  2. Then chop the onion leeks and garlic into fine pieces.
  3. Now break the red chillies into pieces and deseed them.
  4. Now heal oil in a kadai, saute the red chillies and the garlic .
  5. Add the chicken, the soya sauce, the pepper corns and fry until everything mixes well and the chicken is tender.
  6. Serve hot.
