Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 bunch – methi, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup – Cilantro leaves, finely chopped
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 pinches – Asafoetida
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• salt to taste
• oil – for deep frying
Method:
- Mix the wheat flour with all the ingredients.
- Add water to make a soft dough and keep it aside to prove for 15 mins.
- Make puris from the dough.
- Deep fry till light brown.
- Serve hot spicy puris with coconut chutney.
