
Ingredients:
• 3 -boiled Potatoes mashed well
• 1 cup – boiled fish without bones
• 2- Onions minced well
• 2 -green chillies minced
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 2 eggs beaten well
• 3 tbsp – breadcrumbs
• 3 tbsp – oil
• Salt
• 2 tsp – Tomato sauce
• 2 tsp – Butter
Method:
- Mix the fish together with the potatoes and all the other ingredients.
- Place this mixture in flat pan.
- Brush all over with the remaining beaten egg on top.
- Steam this mixture in a suitable pan or a pressure cooker for about 15 mins.
- Serve hot with bread.
