Ingredients:
• 150 g – Sweet Potato
• 150 g – Raw banana
• 50 g – Rawa
• 25 g – Jaggery
• 25 g – Tamarind pulp
• pinch – salt
• Oil for cooking
Method:
- Peel, cut and boil the sweet potato and raw bananas. Mash them well.
- Add salt, tamarind pulp, and grated jaggery. Mix well.
- Make small balls with the mixture and flatten them like tikki.
- Roll these tikki in rava.
- Shallow-fry and serve with any chutney.
