
Ingredients:
• 250 g – sweet Corn
• 250 g – Wheat flour
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt as per taste
• 50 g – grated Coconut
• Oil for cooking
Method:
- Grind the sweet corn.
- For the stuffing:
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add the crushed corn.
- Add all the spices and grated coconut and fry till the corn is cooked.
- Remove it and keep aside.
- Knead the flour into a dough, adding a pinch of salt and 1 tsp. oil.
- Make small balls of the dough.
- Take a ball, stuff it with the corn mixture and roll out into a round shape.
- Cook on both sides.
