Ingredients:

• 250 g – sweet Corn
• 250 g – Wheat flour
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt as per taste
• 50 g – grated Coconut
• Oil for cooking

Method:

  1. Grind the sweet corn.
  2. For the stuffing:
  3. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add the crushed corn.
  4. Add all the spices and grated coconut and fry till the corn is cooked.
  5. Remove it and keep aside.
  6. Knead the flour into a dough, adding a pinch of salt and 1 tsp. oil.
  7. Make small balls of the dough.
  8. Take a ball, stuff it with the corn mixture and roll out into a round shape.
  9. Cook on both sides.
