Ingredients:
• 10 – fish slices
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1.5 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Tamarind paste
• 5 tsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- In a large bowl, mix turmeric powder, chilli powder, tamarind paste, and salt into a smooth paste.
- Apply this paste on the fish evenly and marinate for 2 hours.
- In a heated tava, add 3 teaspoons of oil and fry the fish until it turns golden-brown.
