
Ingredients:
• 4 – large, firm Tomatoes
• 2 Clove – garlic, chopped
• 1 cup – minced Meat or crumbled paneer, cooked with chilli powder and salt
• 3 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• 40 g – grated cheese
• oil or Butter
Method:
- Wash the tomatoes, cut the cap and scoop out the inside.
- Mix all the ingredients together, except oil and cheese.
- Stuff the filling with the prepared mixture.
- Drizzle some oil in a flat dish and arrange the stuffed tomatoes.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Place the dish on the rotating plate and cook on combining grill and microwave for 6-8 minutes, until cheese melts.
