
Ingredients:
• 3 cups – Chapatti, cut into long noodle strips
• 2 cups – Mixed vegetables
• 1 – Onion (chopped)
• 2 – Green chillies (slit opened)
• 1 tsp – Tandoori masala powder
• 1 tbsp – Ketchup
• A few – Coriander leaves
• A few – Spring onions (chopped)
• Oil
• Salt
Method:
- Heat enough oil; saute the onions and green chillies until the onions turns translucent.
- Add the vegetables and salt and saute till they are half cooked. (Do not overcook. The vegetables should be crunchy)
- Add the tandoori masala powder, ketchup, coriander leaves and cook until everything is well mixed.
- Now add the chapatti strips and mix well.
- Remove from fire, garnish with spring onions and serve.
