Ingredients:
• 1 – small Cabbage (shredded in a food processor)
• 1 – chopped Onion
• 2-3 – small green chillies, chopped
• 2 sprigs – Curry leaves
• 1/2 tsp – cumin/ Jeera seeds
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 2-3 tbsp – desiccated Coconut
• 2 tbsp – Coconut oil (or a light cooking oil of your choice)
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- In a kadai, fry the onions in heated oil, followed by all the other ingredients.
- After cooking for 2-3 mins, add the cabbage and let it cook till soft.
- Garnish with coconut and curry leaves and serve hot.
