
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Rice
• 3 – Tomato, large
• 1 – Potato, big
• 1 tsp – Red Chilly powder
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Salt
• 3 tsp – Oil
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• Coriander leaves
• 1 – Lemon
Method:
- Cook rice and keep it aside.
- Cook potato separately for 10 mins.
- Put oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, tomato, chilli powder, garam masala and the boiled potato to it.
- When tomatoes become soft, add the cooked rice to it and mix well. Add lemon juice to it.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
