Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rice
• 3 – Tomato, large
• 1 – Potato, big
• 1 tsp – Red Chilly powder
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Salt
• 3 tsp – Oil
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• Coriander leaves
• 1 – Lemon

Method:

  1. Cook rice and keep it aside.
  2. Cook potato separately for 10 mins.
  3. Put oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, tomato, chilli powder, garam masala and the boiled potato to it.
  4. When tomatoes become soft, add the cooked rice to it and mix well. Add lemon juice to it.
  5. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
