Ingredients:
• Onion – 1/2 cup
• Butter – 1.5 tbsp
• Bay Leaf – 1
• Potato – 1/2 cup
• Garlic – 1 Clove
• Tomatoes – 2
• Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• Water – 2 cups
• Cream – 1/4 cup
• Salt to taste
Method:
- |Heat a sauce pan and melt butter.
- Add bay leaf, onion and potato.
- Stir and fry without browning.
- Add the remaining ingredients except cream.
- Close the sauce pan and cook well for few minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool it.
- Open the sauce pan and discard bay leaf.
- Blend this mix in a blender and run it through a seive.
- Add the strained liquid back to sauce pan and reheat.
- Serve hot and garnish each individual serving with a tbsp of cream.
