Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Cooked Rice
• 5 – Tomatoes, chopped
• 2 – Onions, chopped
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Coriander- 1 small bunch, chopped
• Oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a kadai and splutter the cumin seeds.
  2. Then saute the onions until pink and add the tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt, and chilli powder.
  3. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
  4. Remove from heat and add the cooked rice and mix well.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
